A directory built on evidence, not untested claims
TGEP reviews the information supplied for each profile and states clearly what has and has not been independently verified.
Identity
The applicant’s name, organisation and professional contact route must be capable of verification.
Professional evidence
Applicants provide relevant experience, portfolio material, service information or other evidence appropriate to their discipline.
Clear disclosure
Paid enhanced placement and featured visibility are identified clearly and do not alter TGEP’s stated verification standard.

Apply for review by the TGEP professional directory
Editors, proofreaders, designers, illustrators, typesetters, printers and literary consultants may submit their professional information for review.
Submission does not guarantee publication. TGEP may request evidence, edit descriptions for clarity, decline unsuitable applications, or remove outdated or misleading information.
Before choosing or joining the directory
Does a listing mean TGEP guarantees the professional’s work?
No. Verification confirms only the information TGEP has reviewed and states publicly. Clients must assess suitability, obtain quotations, check references where necessary and enter their own written agreement.
Can a professional pay to be described as verified?
No. Payment may support enhanced presentation or featured placement, but it cannot replace the identity and professional-evidence review.
Will TGEP handle payments between clients and professionals?
Not through this directory page. Unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise, clients and professionals contract and settle fees directly with each other.
Can outdated information be corrected?
Yes. Professionals and users may report changes. TGEP may update, suspend or remove a listing where information is no longer accurate.
When will individual professional profiles appear?
Profiles should be published gradually after applications, evidence review and approval. TGEP should not create fictional or unverified entries merely to make the directory appear populated.
Better documents, clearer decisions and stronger professional connections
This resource centre is designed to help publishing work move from informal discussion to defined scope, reliable records and accountable professional collaboration.
