The TGEP Literary Network
Publishers Accepting Submissions Worldwide
A curated and searchable guide to publishers, imprints and publishing services with identifiable submission routes for fiction, nonfiction, academic work, children’s books and selected specialist categories.
Not every publisher offering publication follows the same model.
TGEP distinguishes traditional publishing from partnership, hybrid and author-funded services so writers can understand who pays, who takes the commercial risk and what kind of agreement may be offered before submitting.
Understand the publishing model first
A publisher’s submission form does not, by itself, tell you whether the publisher funds publication or expects an author contribution.
Traditional Publishing
The publisher selects the work, bears agreed publication costs and normally pays the author royalties under a publishing contract.
Partnership or Hybrid Publishing
The author may contribute financially while the publisher provides editorial, production, distribution or marketing services under an agreed publishing arrangement.
Author-Funded or Self-Publishing Services
The author purchases selected services and usually retains greater control. This should not be confused with a publisher-funded acquisition.
Selected Publishers and Submission Routes
Submission availability and terms may change. Open the official page immediately before submitting and read the complete requirements.

Before submitting to a publisher
A careful submission begins with understanding the publisher’s list, model and current requirements.
Read the current list
Check whether the publisher actively publishes your genre, subject, age category and market. A technically open inbox may still be the wrong destination.
Send the requested material
Follow instructions for proposals, sample chapters, full manuscripts, synopsis, biography, comparable titles, file type and email subject line.
Understand the financial model
Establish who pays for editing, production, printing, distribution and marketing before treating an offer as traditional publication.
Publishing offers, fees and impersonation scams
Verify every approach through the publisher’s official domain and contact page. Be cautious of unsolicited acceptance messages, guaranteed sales, pressure to pay immediately, requests for banking information, unofficial email addresses or claims that a major publisher requires a fee merely to review a manuscript. Read every agreement before payment or rights transfer.
Please verify every publisher before submitting
Submission status, genres, publishing models, fees and contract terms may change. Always consult the publisher’s current official website. Inclusion in this directory is informational and does not constitute endorsement, affiliation, legal advice or a guarantee of publication.
